this is a post on behalf of audrey one of our members she has a huge pile of cross stitch mags free to good home but they must be collected from nr sunderland if anyone is interested in this offer please private message me and i will pass on audreys details i know someone will snap these up i would have but its a little too far away from me worse luck thanks for reading

Can someone please explain what this expression means ?

"free to good home" I couldn't find in my dictionnary, and can also someone telle me what is "hun" for as I found a negative meaning in the dictionnary. Is hun for Honey ?

"Free to good home" is usually used in respect of pets - the person whose cat has had kittens will give the kittens away free of charge to anyone who can offer them a "good home". When it's used about inanimate objects (like magazines) it's like a little joke - the lady will give her magazine away for no charge to someone who will appreciate them

"Hun" is indeed short for honey, it's Jayne's favourite term of endearment
